Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Payments are due upon scheduling.
• Group sessions are public and do not protect you from confidentiality or HIPAA standards. Recordings are not permitted due to the sensitive nature of the conversation and copywriting resources. 
• Resources are intended for the paid attendee only and are subject to copywrite law. 
• No hate speech or bullying of any entity or person will be tolerated.
• Full office evaluations require a physician referral and intake/history package on file.
